What is Talent Scouting Middle East?

Talent Scouting Middle East is a training program for those who aspire to build a career in the hospitality industry in the Middle East, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and the holy cities of Mecca, Jeddah, and Medina. This program is designed to enhance skills in Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Culinary, Front Office, and more. Participants must have at least one year of work experience in a hotel or have completed an internship at a 4-star or 5-star hotel, be 18–30 years old, and possess sufficient foreign language skills.

The primary focus of this training is to prepare participants for job interviews and enhance their existing hospitality skills. The training covers hospitality skill development, personal branding, and English for Interviews. The program is available in two methods:
✅ Offline (Face-to-Face) – for participants who can attend in-person training.
✅ Online (For Active Employees Only) – for those who are currently working and want to improve their skills flexibly.

Program Facilities :

Intensive training for 1 month with 5 training days per week
Materials covering Hospitality Skills, Personal Branding, and English for Interview
Guidance and job interview simulations in the Middle East hospitality industry
